The hotel is great overall but the morning shift front desk person made to stay very uncomfortable with me was just on some different that's not good hospitality service.

Pros (+) Room was clean and spacious. Staff was fantastic, especially Kevin on the night shift. Breakfast was very good.

Pros (+) The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff was very discreet and respectful.
Cons (-) Swimming area was closed until further notice. Location was unexpected. Pictures online are a bit misleading. And the door does not seal so you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on.
