Pros (+) Absolutely top notch. My room was more like an apartment. Incredible view, modern and clean, and an amazing stay overall.
Cons (-) Nothing. It was perfect.
Pros (+) The hotel is very new and modern, the rooms are large and the kitchenette is a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the TV in the bathtub was an added bonus.
Cons (-) We chose this hotel because they allow pets and we were transiting Korea overnight with our service dog. We asked the concierge if they could find us a pet friendly restaurant for dinner since we had already eaten at the hotel restaurant (not good) twice, but instead of helping the man said something to the effect of "Koreans don't do that. We are the only hotel in all of Korea that allows dogs." ...
