Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing major issues with cleanliness, unhelpful or unresponsive staff, and uncomfortable beds. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens, as well as a lack of basic amenities like towels, toiletries, and breakfast. Some guests also reported problems with air conditioning, TV, and room assignments. Only a few reviews highlighted positive experiences, such as friendly staff and clean rooms, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
