Pros (+) The price, free breakfast, and shuttle service.
Cons (-) The location was good because it is close to the airport, but if you want to venture out and get good food or go shopping, it is rather far from good restaurants. Some of the staff could be a little more friendlier at the front desk.

Cons (-) The bathroom sink had gunk; was not properly cleaned... it made me nauseous when I noticed it, you can tell it was there for a while.
