The rooms are clean enough, the mini bar is well stocked and refilled every day. The staff was always very helpful and they spoke good English. There was a great variety of food in the main restaurant. The beach is small but nice and clean, with smooth sand and is sheltered from the wind and waves.
the water in the aqua park was too cold for our child. At the waterpark, around closing time there were a lot of dead cicadas in and around the pools - no one had cleaned them. The golf carts they are using for the staff have a very loud, annoying reverse beeper, which will wake you up if you sleep lightly. The hotel-issued bracelet is made from a sharp-edged plastic that has scratched myself and my child when i was not paying attention.
This is as luxurious as it gets. Anything you would want is defined in Stella. We were lucky enough to be able to book a room with a private pool. Fantastic. Even though the decking and sunbeds doesn't see all the sun all day every day, the pool pretty much gets most the benefit. You'll get at least one sunbed with sun drenched exposure, this is on end of July days. Our room was filled with fruit on check-in. As well as a mini bar and bottle of white wine. Fridge which worked so well was stocked accordingly. Beds so comfy. Cleaners regular, replacing water every day. Lovely big bathroom. Bath towels for beds or beach. Whilst there, we got a general message to not reserve sunbeds in advance and any unused for hour would be removed. We actually saw this policy in activation, so I guess there are some selfish people out there... We had buffet restaurant themed main meals....such as steak night, Mexican night, Italian night etc.....as we were all inclusive we chose the Italian restaurant above the Poseidon to indulge on our last night. Everything was lovely! There are other restaurants such as Local Greek and an Oriental too. Entertainment every night for families at 9.30pm....we saw circus acts, acrobat show and dance show from around the world. Special mention to Alex on the golf buggy.... he'll take you and luggage quickly to destination! Special mention to Alexander on the phone....half way through our stay, she phoned to ask how our stay was! Nice touch. Everything from check in to check out was classy. Definitely Crete comes up to scratch with this place! Lovely place to stay...

friendly staff excellent resort with many thing to do overall was very nice place to spend time at
It has a nice little water park and a private beach, the swimming pools are very large and the evening shows are nice. The Italian restaurant is very good.
The pillows are not comfortable, the pools are not very clean, the service at the pool bar is terrible, you can sit there for hours and not get any drink. All the chairs next to the pool are reserved with towels from 8 AM till 6 PM. The SPA treatments are overpriced. During day time all you hear is the loud sound that the cicadas make, and it is very irritating.
