Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, as well as the beautiful location and views. Many enjoyed the breakfast selection and appreciated the spacious rooms in some cases. However, several guests were disappointed by room quality discrepancies, issues with annex rooms, cleanliness concerns in some bathrooms, and accessibility challenges due to the hilly terrain and many stairs. Despite some negative experiences, the overall value for money and pleasant atmosphere were highlighted by many reviewers.
