Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major attractions and the Old Quarter. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting exceptional service. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though a few reviews mentioned it only briefly. However, many guests found the beds uncomfortable, often citing issues with old mattresses or beds being two singles pushed together. Noise was also a recurring complaint, with roosters and street sounds disturbing sleep for some guests.
