Very nice staff, welcoming lounge. Comfortable bed.
Although everything was clean, the shower head could definitely need some proper cleaning in order to remove the chalk. A big minus for us - we had a sign outside the door which indicated that we don’t want to be disturbed. On both days (!) housekeeping ignored this sign and wanted to enter the room. We told them that it wasn’t necessary, they apologized and were very friendly, but hotel management should brief their staff to respect their guests’ wish for privacy.

The property is not 4 star maybe 2 star it only has one lift shared by guest and house keeping, you are greeted by a broken tile in the lift like we are in a back packers building
The rooms have no acoustic treatment what so ever, very noisy, Aldo don’t stay in rooms 530, 529, 430, 429 as the noise comes down from the plant room. The chiller has no acoustic separation from the structure. Very poorly put together building for a 4 star building. I will never book a mercure hotel again.

Friendly staff, good size room, great breakfast, on site car park, lovely bar area and close to all Georgsplatz and Maschsee.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel.
