Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and public transport. However, many reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, such as dusty rooms, mold in bathrooms, and insufficient cleaning. Service is often described as impersonal or difficult to access, with complaints about communication, lack of on-site staff, and problems with booking or payment processes. Breakfast is another area of concern, with several guests mentioning unavailability or poor quality. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings.
