Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, and the breakfast receives high marks for its variety and quality. However, many guests are frustrated by the frequently broken elevator, which causes inconvenience, especially for those with rooms on higher floors. Some also mention issues with room size and layout, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and breakfast stand out.
