Pros: Great staff always smiling and welcoming

Cons: i thought i paid for the whole stay through booking (i usually do). but i found out i only paid for one night upon leaving so that troubled me on my very last day- I also wish they turned the AC on earlier in the lounges

Pros: Very helpful team, we can feel they really want us to feel welcome and it works! :-). The hotel and room is very spacious. very nice environment. Good breakfast. The beach and the swimming pools are great too.

Cons: The range of gastronomic choice is a bit limited, despite the 3 restaurant so it could become slightly repetitive after few meals. It would also be nice if the hotel could expand the range of beach facilities, such as dingy sailing, catamaran etc.. they are present on site but customers of the hotel are not allowed to use these.

Pros: It was perfect. Thanks a lot to all the staff there. They are very kind and caring about all details. Always ready to help you on any thing even it is not really there job to do. I want to thank you all for the surprise that they did for me and my wife. In fact I just told them that we are here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they immediately prepare a surprise for us...

Pros: The friendliness of the catering staff members. The hotel architecture. The security team at the gates. Easy access to the beach.

Cons: - Poor cleanliness standards in the common areas (lobby, restaurant, pool terrace, elevators, hallway carpets). - Cleanliness is dismal in the restaurant area. - Disgusting beach area, full of plastic trash, cigarette butts and unattended trash bins (in the shape of clay jars). The area is dead and unlit in the evening (sunbeds piled up, beach bar closed) and unattended by personnel. - Poor housecleaning services, terrible bed and bed linen quality. - Poor maintenance, visible in the A/C situation, water leakages, sluggish sink and bath tub caulking, drooping curtains, etc. - Serious A/C issues all over. The latest incident was the advertising panel inside the lift that fell off one of the lift walls, with its glass part and sharp edges on the ground. We reported it to one of the maintenance staff members who was thankful to be notified. - Poor food quality and variety, vegetables were often undercooked in water. - Guest behavior was absolutely shocking. - Patchy internet connection in rooms. We reported the problem several times but no solution was offered. - Lifeguards, particularly in the quieter smaller pool, are practically useless. They are mostly absorbed by their phones or their friends. They selectively scream at some teenagers and kids of Arab origin, but discard misbehavior of Western/Russian pool users. - No amenities inside the room such as complimentary coffee and tea supplies as is standard worldwide, even in budget hotels. The all-inclusive formula is no excuse for the absence of such amenities. - Poor quality shower and shampoo supplies, bring your own. - Insect-ridden place with black crickets, bees, wasps, flies and mosquitoes. - Mini-kids' club mostly empty, and the attached bathrooms (W/C) were mostly occupied by adult hotel guests, resulting in stench. - Night animation was repetitive and boring. - Some rude reception staff members.

Pros: We got update normal room to suite . Wow . The staff is so friendly. Rooms very clean . Good animation .

Pros: apartment was big , 2 bathrooms , lounge and 2 bedrooms, outside private area, and kitchenette, very spacious, welcome drink on arrival in reception apartment was clean

Cons: no set table for meals, and only a certain amount allowed into restaurant at any one time, drinks were not included in the price, food not very hot, not much choice for vegetarians

Cons: Its was really good Excellent location. Clean rooms. Eating is delicious

Cons: Staff was not trained well maybe due to eid season, the mini bar was empty and fridge not working, we found a spider on the curtain the first minute we entered the room, not exactly a 5 star experience.

Cons: The beach and the facility at the beach were not clean. Room service is very slow and room cleaning is not very good. No coffee or tea in the rooms. Not enough car park for the guests

Pros: I liked this hotel very much! Beautiful territory and basin pools - very nice, clean, comfort, cosy... Good outside and garden furniture. Beautiful! High level in everything. It's very comfortable to stay there - excellent amosphere! Kind, helpful and attentive staff. And for me it was importand that the guests there were mostly intelligent and cultural people, also there were many families with children - it looks like a family-oriented hotel. For breakfast there was very tasty natural stawberry fresh coctail and some other fresh juices - I liked it. Good pottery in the restaurant - it was also pleasant! Excellent hotel for couples who want to spend time in romantic and luxury vibes (but not for young people looking for drive and activities)

Cons: For me everything was perfect, but as I already wrote this hotel may be not very suitable for young people, also there is no special basin pool areas for children...
