Lack service..sofa broke.... Sink plugged...no towel resupply ...ran out toilet paper no restock
Everything was perfect. We stayed in the king suit and it was beautiful and absolutely perfect. We had so much fun and the staff was amazing.
I liked everything, I just wish the hot tub was open, but due to covid I understand the circumstances. I can’t wait to come back ! Defund want the same room !
Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and cooperative.
Paid for a luxury room and was still expected to pay for parking or otherwise park in the street, had to fight to pay with my debit card, due to covid restaurant was closed which is understandable but breakfast provided as replacemt for the buffet was worse than what I'd get from a lower end hotel. One of the burners didn't work, tv's were small, and heating was broken.
the room was beautiful and exactly as i expected it. super clean with crisp and fresh smelling linens.
breakfast was baren as it was the start of covid 19 and new practices were just begining. the eggs were watery, the hashbrowns were stale and the bacon was over cooked. it looked like it had been there all day but breakfast had just started. location was a little bit difficult to maneuver. the towel rack was coming off the wall and i was concerned it might fall.
Room service was provided.
The restaurant was closed due to Covid-19.
