i din't like anything about this place
Everything about the place
Tv did not work properly had interference. Someone was sleeping on the floor outside my room coughing all night keeping me awake. This was a complete nightmare I scared. Obviously it was a welfare hotel too. I found a slimey creature in the bed which was alive and l had to kill it and the bed smelt. I saw the kitchen when collecting the key and l did not want the breakfast. No one had breakfast l don’t think. Yet they charge the same as other hotels it was not cheaper than normal hotels. I know the owner is ill but he has staff to help him. If it was £10 or £15 maybe l wudnt complain but as l say it was the same price as normal good b and Bs. U shud not allow them on booking.com. Unless it comes under very very cheap budget accomadation for £15. I warn You l am going on national radio about this hotel. I notice booking.com had complaints on tv a few days ago l may not use you anymore unless I get compensation for this frightening experience it was a complete nightmare. I thought I wud have to call the police. I got no sleep. Repeat there was someone actually sleeping in the corridor coughing all night outside my room. I want a complete refund plus compensation for this nightmare BOOKING.com is going downhill fast. Mickey Norwich at nr2 hotel tonight.
Unfortunately had to leave early as had call out & travelling further East but will use & recommend to others
Very good breakfast
Very nice, helpful, smiling
Plenty of space loved the name of the place and the names of each room
