Stayed there 3 times now and always the same clean rooms helpful staff and a great location.. Have reccomend to friends and they have all said how great the place is
The location for our ski trip was excellent food comfort and general atmosphere in the hotel was excellent
The parking charges and localised noise within hotel
Maid service was efficient
The main reason we cose to stay at this hotel was because of the pool which was advertised on Booking.com - however the website did not mention that use of the spa was not included in the price. Our children were very disappointed to find that they could not have a swim because the price of 28 Euros per person for 1 hour is absolutely ridiculous!
The hotel was ideally placed in the centre of the village. Was very impressed with the ski room. Individual lockers available and plenty of room.
I felt that the sound proofing between the rooms was not very good and as the floors were tiled this also made it noisy from above.
new, clean , in the middle of the center of the sirrena nevada
very small rooms
