Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, stunning views, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who often went above and beyond to assist with tours, luggage, and other needs. The unique cave atmosphere and comfortable, clean rooms were also appreciated by many. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it average. A few guests mentioned minor issues such as lack of air conditioning, small terraces, or occasional noise, but these did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.
