Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bed linens, and pest issues. Bathrooms are also frequently criticized for being old, poorly maintained, or lacking basic amenities. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report unprofessional or indifferent attitudes. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and bathroom facilities.
