Cons (-) Checkin was a pain in the a$$. Took 30 minutes- at first the said "we don't have your reservation." Annoying after flying for 15 hours. I showed my confirmation, and the receptionist was still puzzled. I had to call the travel agency I booked through online, who then called the hotel to see what the heck was going on.
