Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access downtown and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness concerns, including reports of bed bugs, dirty rooms, musty smells, and maintenance issues. Service was frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, particularly at the front desk. Breakfast was generally considered disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality are major areas needing improvement.

Pros (+) I like how close it was to everything.
Cons (-) It could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had crumbs all over it, and the carpet wasn't very clean. What little time we were in our room, the bottom of my kids feet were turning black from the dirty carpet. Also the walls are like paper so you hear EVERYTHING.

Very good

Pros (+) So the hotel itself was basically on the main Gatlinburg strip so this made EVERYTHING super convenient. The workers were also very polite & made sure to give us all the information that we would have needed, plus without even asking told us about the free breakfast (Due to covid 19 they only had a few things, not there fault by any means) & give us a extra room card.
Cons (-) The elevator was strangely stinky I’m not really sure why & our room was a little dirty like dirty bathroom mirror & finding hairs on the bed but I mean I’m not that picky or grossed out (your in a public cheap hotel)
