Super friendly staff! Easy walking distance to everything you would want to see in Galway City. Wonderful restaurant (nice atmosphere and amazing food!) and live traditional Irish music in the hotel pub. I liked that it wasn't overly crowded or touristy - had just the right amount of people in the pub...
The room smelled musty, as if the rugs or curtains had absorbed years of room freshener sprays.

I liked that we could check in early and Lisa was very nice to deal with . Hotel was in a great location and the restaurant was excellent and again the staff were so nice !!!
The people in the rooms next door were very noisy, slamming doors ,knocking on each other's door and talking very loud !!

The price was ridiculously high for the type of facility.

Staff were friendly and the location is very convenient as it is near the center of town. Room has what is required for someone staying a few days.
The parking is a bit inconvenient as it is a packed underground car park, cars do need to be moved from time to time by staff to let other cars out.
