The service in the restaurant was excellent. You’re a 10 minute taxi ride from Galway Bay and the Promenade.
The location was farther from the city center than I had thought it would be. It was a taxi ride or a very long walk.
I liked the location of this hotel, it wasn’t a far walk to the city centre.I liked the few little shops beside it, it was very handy. Also the rooms were spotless and the bathrooms were lovely and had a loads of space. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful
I think the property was a bit overpriced, over all the bar staff were nice, there was one lady in particular who was very rude.Although that was the only down fall, the hotel was perfect other then that.would stay again
Very convenient for my business requirements Gym was basic but functional Staff very obliging and friendly Breakfasts very good Evening meal menu good Room very comfortable with AC
Woken up at 3.30am with a lot of noise from the ground floor (or may have been outside). Sounded like metal kegs or barrels being dragged around but could have been something else. This went in for about 15 mins and took a while to get back to sleep. I did mention it to reception next morning who were going to look into it. Just that I was working the next day and need a good night’s sleep. I’ll ask for a quiet room next time.
The nice lovely Guinness when I arrived lol Beds are comfortable room temp is easily controlled and shower is class Taxi button at reception is handy saves hassle of arranging travel Everything as always Excellent great location plenty of parking. 2nd time staying will Defs be back again
We stayed in room 406 which was very small considering I booked a deluxe....we could not see out the window as it had frosted glass and we could not open it either...we had to leave the noisy air con on all night and there was no water in the room poor standards for 4 star.
