Pros (+) Madison at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. She quickly checked me in and saw that the room I was assigned to was still being cleaned. She had it changed in no time. I really felt like the staff would have been responsive if anything had gone amiss during my stay. Though I did not encounter any other staff members verbally, the ones I did see gave a friendly smile. I’d love to stay here ...
Cons (-) It’s a small thing, but perhaps more social distancing in the pool area? And maybe that was happening and I just didn’t see it. When I pulled up, the pool seemed super busy with lots of people. It made me stay in during my visit, but I’m really only bringing it up to have something to say for this question.
