Location to downtown
The room was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 queens and a pullout couch. It was close to Main Street snd overlooked a creek. The shower had great water pressure. The hotel has a daily breakfast buffet with good coffee. I would definitely stay again.
Lady at front desk was not inviting at all.
Beautiful, large room, clean, quiet. Decent breakfast. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Easy walking distance to Main Street Fredericksburg.
I thought I had set the fan to continuous on but it cycled on and off, making it harder for a light sleeper to sleep. Otherwise the room was very quiet.
We had the most amazing experience. All the staff was very professional but one person really stood out with his customer service. Hotel employee!! He was always so friendly, professional, and really made us have a wonderful experience. Thanks!!
NOTHING.LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!
The rooms were perfect for our 2-day roadtrip! Staff was very helpful!!
Breakfast choices were limited, but probably should have expected with date being so close to releases from Civic restrictions.
Very nice room and breakfast.
This was our first stay at this hotel. We were very pleased with hotel, grounds and location. We would definitely stay again.
Clean, comfortable room.
Yes, I I left my favorite walking shoes in the room. I called when I realized that I had left them and they told me that they were not there. I was very, very disappointed and, still am.
exceptional: staff in every area, spacious room, pocket doors, huge mirror and lighting in bathroom, large bathroom, magnifying mirror, real plates and silverware, hot breakfast menu, large and decorative dining area, large windows overlooking pool and la
Need more space around coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Room cleaners did not always replenish coffee, glasses and cups. I did love the real glasses and ceramic coffee cups in the room.
Ease of check in.
Dated with inside and outside appearance.
