Despite showing front desk guy the confirmed reservation AND the charge from Best Western on my AmEx, he still was convinced I did not have a room. Pros (+) Easy, quick access to I-95. About 12 minutes to downtown Fredericksburg, and 5 minutes to shopping center. Nice facilities with a pool.
