So well run. Checking in and gal noticed that my husband was using a walker. She suggested a room close to elevator. The walker is a recent addition, it had been a long day and reception saw our need. The “kickback” is so great. Didn’t have to go out for dinner or breakfast and a little wine at the end of the day was great! Great bed and pillows.

Pros (+) The lobby is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Our king room was spacious and clean. Love, love, love that there is a wall thermostat and that the heat/ac is quiet. The room was virtually sound-proof from both inside and outside noise. We could hear faint noise when we were awake, but had no trouble sleeping. We didn't take advantage of the Kickback or breakfast offerings, but both looked very...
Cons (-) We wouldn't change a thing - it truly was a wonderful stay, and this will now be the only place we stay when in Franklin. Excellent hotel!

Pros (+) The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff was attentive. They serve free breakfast, dinner, and have free WIFI.
