They did not clean my room had to go to front desk to request towels
Fabulous hotel and wonderful location. Loved the modern feel of the hotel and really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. The barn doors in the bathrooms were such a cute touch!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. I thought the little Longhorn hooks for the towels were adorable. They had nice quality products in the room.
They were doing major construction in the hotel which made breakfast pretty awful because it was so loud. I also think they should have a loveseat or some type of seating for two in the room. The room is plenty big to accommodate double seating.
Location was in the heart of downtown, walking distance to everything we needed to do.
There was a massive dried blood stain on the sheets when we pulled back the comforter. The front desk was less than helpful when we notified.
Shower head leaked. Loud motor running in the ceiling outside our door. Window popped constantly while we tried to sleep. Bathroom counter tilted to where any water splashing up from sink flooded everything sitting on counter. Swimming pool closed.
