Pros (+) They worked with us to help fix an issue with another hotel that gave our reservation away. Very nice and very helpful.
Cons (-) The room had dirty towels, a dirty sock, a mouth retainer on floor, the carpet was not vacuumed and dust on top surfaces. HOWEVER, this was a room we got by chance because of another hotel giving our room away. So understandable with circumstance. Will judge my next stay.
