Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s exceptional service, highlighting the warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff as a standout feature. The location was also highly regarded, with many appreciating its proximity to the sea, tranquil setting, and accessibility to Forio’s center. Cleanliness was another positive aspect, with several reviews noting well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, some guests were disappointed by the breakfast selection, describing it as limited or below expectations for a four-star hotel. Room size and outdated furnishings were also mentioned as negatives by a few guests. Overall, the positives—especially the service and location—greatly outweighed the negatives, making the hotel highly recommended by most reviewers.
