Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent downtown location, friendly and helpful staff, and the charming, historic atmosphere. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and the overall cleanliness. However, noise was a significant issue for several guests, with reports of loud external sounds, poor window insulation, and disturbances from nearby trains and events. Some guests also found the rooms to be on the smaller side. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location, service, and ambiance stood out in the reviews.
