Everything. Especially decoration!!!
The air condition in the room didn't work and we asked to fix it but nobody did anything. Hopefully, we stayed in January and there were no windows( otherwise we got cold) in the room so we slept in rather comfortable temperature.
The rooms make you feel like a royalty. Architecture and design where exceptional.
A lot of noice in the morning
Stunning bedroom - felt like a palace. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. Really great location - right on the beach. Excellent view from the terrace.
Perfect location, beauuuutiful riad. The bed was very comfy. So spacious. Loved (definitely used) the tub. (Wish they left proper bubble bath for it, rather than the shower gel, which quickly fell flat). Plenty of conveniently located electrical outlets. And did I mention how gorgeous the place was???
Some extras along the lines of what I received in other hotels of this price category, like tea on arrival and bottles of water in my room, would have been appreciated. The wifi wasn't the worst of my entire trip, but it was definitely in the bottom 3. It caused a lot of frustrations for getting my work done, although the ample desk in the room was the perfect space for it. The hammam (basic) experience was the most thorough scrub of my 3 hammam experiences, but overall I felt like I got a lot less out of it than the others. No mask after the scrub. Hair wasn't even combed out after washing (was glad I was in the hotel already). No tea or water afterwards. No massaging at all. Etc. Just left to sit after until it got awkward and I left on my own.
The girl which met us on the day was very kind, unfortunately she was the only helpful person and the guy on the breakfast was very smily and tried to help as much as they could. The position of the hotel was good. We have booked initially another hotel but decided to feel the experience staying in a typical morrocan place, bit of dissapointment. Can’t say it was dirty, but think they could’ve made more efforts to keep it better condition
The breakfast is very poor, it doesn’t gives any options for people with gluten and milk allergies. Asked for some fruits and for 3 days stay they just gave me only once, because as what they said - they don’t do fruits. The bedsheets was all in spots, they smelled as washed but the spots were very visible. The roof was leaking and all the hallway next to the reception was every morning full of water - we just had the bad luck to get a rainy weather. There was no any sign of showing that is wet and hazardous so you can be careful. I slipped and happily didn’t fell over. Due to the cold weather in the room was freezingly cold, as the door didn’t close properly and the wind was blowing from under. It seemed to have air conditioning system but totally not working - all the time has showing error. We called 2 times for a technician. The first night came at 22:30 fixed it and it worked for 30 mins, after that the guy wasn’t easy to be found. Next day we said it is cold they promised they will send somebody, and they didn’t. So it was a bit of disappointment from the receptionist behaviour like she did not cared.
