the riad is a nice place to stay, rooms are comfortable and perfect size for a few days- its necessary that you have a car since it is quite far from the medina (or at least go by petit taxi)
you need a car to reach the hotel from the medina- the area from the medina to the hotel is probably not the best during the night
a better than average breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff and closeness to the beach
each time we want to go to the center, we need to take a taxi, the neighbourhood had no restaurants or shops to get supplies
It was a nice place for people on a budget/backpackers; cheap and friendly.
It was quite a walk from the hotel to the medina, no a/c or fan, breakfast cost extra (but not too much).
Essentially, the price! It's a bit out the way and nothing special in terms of amenities, but it was very good value.
Most of the rooms don't seem to have an exterior window. Also no air conditioning, but that should not, perhaps, be expected for the price. TV provided but only two channels, both in Arabic.
The rooms were clean and comfortable but most impressive was how welcoming and helpful the staff are; even if you don't speak the same language.
