Adequate facilities. Expected nicer for the money. Great location. Staff was okay; seemed worn out.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, generous breakfast, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Many appreciated the beautiful décor and cleanliness. However, some noted that amenities like the spa, pool, and restaurants are located in a separate building, which was inconvenient in cold weather. There were occasional complaints about outdated facilities, noise, and minor issues with breakfast variety and room temperature, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
