A very short stay but we really liked it and will come again. Staff warm but not in your face. Great to have small mini bar as you sometimes like a snack with a coffee. Comfortable & tasteful decor but not fussy.

Great kitchen with s/s benches and all utilities we needed. Bed was comfortable and WiFi easy to use and fast enough for us. Views from balcony over Dunedin wonderful.
