Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to shops and restaurants, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets and bathrooms, and several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast, describing it as basic or in need of improvement. Service also received criticism, with complaints about unhelpful staff, lack of room cleaning, and unresolved issues like hot water shortages and billing problems.AI-generated from customer reviews
