The location was good as it was very close to the train station and to the lake coast where we took a ferry to Sirmione. The staff were helpful but I felt a bit creeped out by one individual. The breakfast was good and satisfying but I think 8€ may be a bit too much to pay for it. 24/7 reception desk
- the sheets and towels smelled like vinegar - the bathroom was not too clean, as I saw a lot of dirt in the corners - I borrowed a hairdryer which didn’t seem to fit any of the sockets - we were given a room at the end of the hall where WiFi wasn’t working, the signal was too weak I think - the “shower” in the bathroom was just a shower head mounted to the wall with no curtains or anything to protect the bathroom from the water splash, as a result, after we took a shower, the whole floor was wet - our room seemed like it was in the basement, one window was fully out in the open but the other one was on the top of the wall and the ground behind it was high

Central location, near to train station. Clean room and bathroom. The staff was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage in reception after the check out until the departure of the train.
The room we received didn't have air conditioned as announced. We arrived late and it wasn't hot so we didn't claim. In the morning the receptionist ask us to pay a supplement to the breakfast, we show the booking reservation and all mistakes were solved. Bed wasn't double, were two single beds together, mattresses could be a little better.

Great location a short walk from the train station in Desenzano del Garda. And not far from the center and all the restaurants and beach.
It is cheap so you cant expect too much. But it was great for the price.
