Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, some reviewers reported issues with value for price, citing high costs relative to the services provided. There were also several complaints about noise, particularly from staff and in the corridors, and mixed feedback regarding the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, improvements could be made in service consistency, noise control, and value.AI-generated from customer reviews
