Easy to find
This was the worst customer service I have received in a long time. From the beginning, the staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. We were asked to check out of our room 20 minutes before the check out time. When we enquired about what we thought was a broken heater (it was minus 2 in Coventry that night), the lady who runs the b&b got annoyed. We were refused breakfast at the time we asked for it, but then ended up having to wait for it until that time anyway. We were not shown to our room, nor did anyone say goodbye when we left. At all times throughout our stay, we felt like we were imposing rather than receiving a service.
