Staff were brilliant especially reception team. An amazing Jamaican lady who was fantastic when we arrived and our booking wasn’t on your system. A potentially very upsetting and embarrassing situation was turned into a highlight of the trip by this lady. A real asset!
Staff in restaurant in jeans- just didn’t look right! Obviously this is just my opinion. Pool changing facilities cold, dirty, no hairdryer, locker didn’t use new pound coins so I couldn’t use it.

Value for money as we booked through a last minute website and with today's prices for hotels of this calibre, we thought it good value.

The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful with any queries and they very very friendly.
stayed on 3rd floor; room was clean, bed uncomfortable and carpets were dirty; not the usual high standards we are use to here
My room was lovely - spacious and airy and the air conditioning was a Godsend!
I was disappointed with the bar staff. I had a drink, moved away from the bar and then returned around an hour later. Unfortunately, my dirty crockery from earlier had still not been cleared away! And the barman was stood behind the bar with no other customers and nothing to do!
