At first glance it seems modern
But as the night continued, we encountered several unacceptable issues The shower stopped working completely after two people used it. For almost an hour we had to call and wait on the guy to fix the shower pipes. We were finally able to take a shower at midnight. NOT ONCE did we get an apology. The next morning at the front desk, it was the same lady we checked in, called to complain, and check out with....she had a very indignant attitude and was very aloof. Once again, not apologizing for the poor service. Also, our phone in the room was completely discorded. We had to call front desk to have it fixed. The entire cord area, as well as the phone had to be replaced. A shower and phone that doesn't work properly in a four star hotel....unacceptable. Stay away from rooom 509, it's cursed.

Location was excellent. An easy walk to all the sightseeing places. Quiet room, very clean and good size. Parking was super convenient and a great price for a big city.
Really would love tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also would be great to receive a little info about the city on arrival - a map, reminders about what's on, points of interest.
