Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant dissatisfaction with cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, towels, and general lack of maintenance. Service is mixed: some guests praise friendly and helpful staff, while others report unresponsiveness or understaffing. The location is frequently mentioned as a positive, especially for those needing proximity to the army base. However, the pool is often closed or unavailable, disappointing several guests. Overall, positives are limited to location and occasional good service, while cleanliness and amenities are major concerns.
