Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city access. The service was highlighted as exceptionally friendly and helpful, with staff going out of their way to accommodate guest needs. Many enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options. Comfortable beds and clean rooms were also frequently mentioned, contributing to a pleasant stay. Some guests noted minor drawbacks such as noise from the street, lack of air conditioning in certain rooms, and small room sizes, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
