Most guests praised the exceptionally friendly and helpful service, often mentioning the hosts by name and describing them as attentive and welcoming. The location near the airport was highly valued for convenience, and the property was consistently described as safe and secure, with several reviews noting the presence of security or a gated community. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted positively. However, breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it basic or not included in the price. Noise from a nearby military facility was occasionally mentioned as a drawback.

Kerry, Aug 2017
Pros (+) Incredibly clean and meticulously well-kept hotel. Open spaces, huge hot shower, large private balcony, and tucked into a private gated residential neighborhood. The host was very kind and helpful and waited up for me after my bus got in late. She also drove me to the airport the next morning! I felt safe and very well taken care of. I would stay here again, especially when traveling alone.
