Cons: I've been there for 3 night, overall, room and service were okay. Only breakfast was horrible, they don't serve the coffee to customers, you need to go to the counter where at a small corner- a poor coffee maker there and you make it by yourself, the poor machine was totally broken, the LED screen showed: maintenance needed, cannot dispense Latte, Cappuccino etc. This condition was in three-days in a row. Nobody takes care of it at all.

Cons: It did not meet my expectations considering other cheaper options in town. This was 120 USD per night and I could have a similar for 60 USD, breakfast was so spicy that I only could eat fruit. Sushi was disgusting, being honest.

Pros: I stayed in the hotel for its city view and it was truly awesome.
Cons: The room service is quite intrusive: they woke me up in the morning and kept coming again and again even when the "do not disturb" sign was on, later put a not "sorry sir, we cannot clean your room because you wish to not be disturbed". Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to get from the top floors to the bottoms because of the small number of elevators.

One of lobby greeting person (not front desk receptionists but a one stands at hotel door), is a very knowledgeable person, age around forties, wherever we want to go, he could always tell us how to get there with detailed information, it's very helpful.

Pros: It is a very beautiful structure, the tower is new on top of a shopping mall right on the subway starion, the view from the bar is the best in CQ, the pool is very nice and clean, nice gym and sauna. The tower has fast elevators, and it has luxurious interiors embellished with art pieces. The room was huge and superclean, the nespresso machine was also very clean. When you arrive you meet an assistant that will take care of you and that you can call anytime to solve any problem. The bar is very nice too and the bartender knows how to make a very nice whiskey sour (cheaper than Shanghai)

Pros: Super clean, beautiful view on the city, it has everything you need, breakfast is delicious (fresh vegetables, eggs, toast, cakes, donuts, fresh juice, etc.), they bring fresh fruit to your room every day. They gave us a free room upgrade and some gifts (a little mirror, a package with hotpot spices, eye mask). Staff is really friendly. Definitely recommend staying here!

Cons: The building the hotel is located in is a bit of a maze. As others have mentioned, it's not easy to find. From the outside it's best to have your taxi go up the ramp of IFS I (building 1) and drop you off in front of the hotel. Employees will guide you to the elevator which goes to the 62nd floor where the reception is located. There is only one elevator inside the mall which also goes to that floor. Look for a glass facade with Niccolo written on it (not easy to spot). Go through the door and you'll find the elevator. I hope this helps! Other than a cute food court, the mall only has super expensive brand stores (LV, Dior, etc.). Lastly, it was a little bit annoying that they kept asking for a good review (asked 10 times). They even called us the next day to ask if we were satisfied with the service.

Cons: Entrance not easy to find, frontage and indications of the name of the hotel only in Chinese. If you are not Chinese, think of taking the name of the hotel in Chinese to recognize it. Connection WIFI really very very very slow and complicated activation procedure, disappointing for a hotel of this level. In the evening at 21H the maid entered the room without knocking while the panel "no disturb" was put. Same problem the next morning at 8:30 ... the maid entered without knocking. Thought to lock the door.

Cons: we felt disappointed with the Wulong trip we booked via hotel (hotel helped coordinate with the travel agent but the travel agent was not that good) Personally, if you kind of travel very often + there're lots of Wulong reviews online nowadays, I recommend you to go on your own. (Of course you have to take CRT , taxi etc. but at least you can control your own agenda and time) The travel agent would drop you to unexpected places besides Wulong( 武隆天坑地缝) If you just focus on Wulong scenic point, better to go there by yourself. P.s. I went with Travel Agent (tour) because I thought it would save my time(less transferred bus) but I was wrong.

Cons: Not sure when the carpets were last cleaned. There were visible stains on the carpets throughout the room. There were rotting wood at the bottom of the vanity unit in the bathroom...this is a hotel for crying out loud! The airconditioning did not work, there appeared to be air coming out of the vents but it certainly did not cool the room - thank goodness it was not summer and we got by sleeping with the windows opened to let some cool air in. It would have been intolerable in summer. The lighting in the room was very dim - the brightest part of the room was the bathroom! There was no spot light over the cabinet where the drinks/hot water kettle were located. The dimness of the room added to the "yuk" factor of the whole experience. It was perhaps our fault for expecting too much from the price we paid. But seriously, rotten wood in the bathroom??? Totally not recommended for international travellers. Tried uploading photos but the photo upload on this sites does not appear to be working. Happy to provide photos later.

Cons: Room facilities were a little bit minimal for a 4 star. Carpets were a big grubby.

Cons: I tried very hard to get into the Chinese breakfast but I settled for congee, fruit, cake & coffee.

Cons: When entering into the room. Very big bad smelly came out from the toilet. Made us felt uncomfortable.

Cons: The room/ bathroom is too dark and not as clean as I would expect a hotel to be. From all my previous stays in other hotels, never was I told they do not offer helping their guests call a taxi. Maybe there are hotels out there that really doesn’t provide that service but this was my first time and I’m extremely disappointed. Also this hotel doesn’t accept foreign credit cards which was also very inconvenient for us.
