Pros: The location is amazing, and offers great sunset views and a chilled place to relax by the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful for 99% of the time (see below).

Cons: This place epitomizes overcharging - the room rate is at AT LEAST twice what their true value is. Maybe when the place first opened (and when Thai 'superstars' made it famous) they could get away with charging what they do, but not now - the place is very 'rustic', and doesn't look like it's had much maintenance done on it for many years (aside from the few 'instagram-able' places where people come to takes pics, and therefor looks pretty). The food from the restaurant was likewise overpriced, especially given our seafood glass-noodle salad had FROZEN PRAWNS in it - unbelievable!!! The included breakfast was also substandard, and we've had better at places 1/4 of the cost of Paree Hut. The rooms themselves were okay, and comfortable enough, but not particularly clean (old, uncleaned gecko droppings everywhere, and dusty), and our hut couldn't actually be locked, as the lock and hinged were rusted solid - maintenance?! And finally, the staff. Up until checkout, the staff had been nothing but lovely, but when we asked to be taken back to the pier, the driver was quite annoyed (and we overheard him complaining) because we did not want to wait an indeterminable amount of time for other guests to leave as well so that the pickup would be full. My wife and I travel a lot in Thailand and stay in a wide variety of places, from hotels to national park bungalows, and we're generally fine with what we get if it's value for money. All of the things I've complained about above would normally not bother us, but when you're charged nearly 4000B for a room, you expect a lot more than what we were given. If Paree Hut was half the price, it would probably be okay, but they seem to have little concern for their customers once they've paid for the room. It's a beautiful, relaxing location, but HORRIBLE value for money.

Pros: Location - this is a hidden resort with ocean front view

Cons: -The facility keeps several dogs unleashed. One of the dog was sitting in our poach over night and barking very loudly, which disturbed our sleep. -We wanted to stay at the hut in front of ocean, but those were without air-conditioning (in Thailand!). The huts with air-condition were only available away from ocean.

Pros: It's an unique experience to live at a cottage by the sea. You can just stay at your cottage, sit on the deck chair, watching the sea and feel the wind. That is really relaxing!

Pros: Beautiful location and amazing views. Absolutely stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food from the restaurant was tasty.

Cons: They should remove information saying this accomodation has a pool. It does not and has not for quite some time. The breakfast was not great.

Pros: The decoration and theme are so beautiful and very eco friendly.

Pros: very private location with traditional Thai house, the amazing view and the kind staff who sent the umbrella in the early raining morning; love the night, very peaceful.

Cons: no wifi, no remote control for TV, no consistent hot water, not so modern/ valued for money based on common hotel standard, but quite original and private

Pros: The ambient is nice. Resort is beautiful. Fill your heart with full touch of nature. You will get your own privacy here. So great for taking a break from your chaotic everyday lifestyle. Food is tasteful and great with local, seasonal ingredients. All the set menu available in value pack is worth buying. Go for the max! Really recommended for your convenience and full of local tastes.

Cons: Bedding time! During the night, it's quite hot and sweaty. we also saw mosquitoes flying around the room making us panic a little bit. Even though mosquito net is provided, I dont think it can protect us perfectly. And if you are ok with insects, come!

Pros: 1.Location was exceptional. 2. The women who deals only the booking #cocomilo( via line) was very helpful. 3. The transportation was good via tuk tuk.

Cons: 1. The lack of staff. 2. Had to pay to a staff not accountant witout any receipt. 3. The food was not nice only breakfast we had. 4. The booking women asked for 3% money over the booked price but corrected it after a while. 5. The room lacked tissue paper, water and otherhotel items that is normally provided.

Pros: The WI-FI at this Resort is POOR due to its' Island Location. There are ALSO no Television PROVIDED at this ISLAND RESORT which should be STATED on the Booking.Com Site so Customers are "AWARE"" at the time of them Booking a Stay at this Island Resort in ADVANCE. The other Facilities at the Resort are GOOD and the Resort is kept CLEAN and is WELL ORGANISED. It also has wonderful Views accordingly.
