Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The staff received high marks for friendliness, helpfulness, and exceptional service, especially at breakfast. Many guests appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the quality of the complimentary breakfast. However, a few reviews mentioned issues with value for price, such as overbooking, breakfast quality, and some minor maintenance or amenity concerns.
