~Within 5 mnts walking distance to chiang rai night market and clock tower. ~Room is clean and cold. Powerful ac. Good wifi. ~Two wash basins which are separate from bathroom. ~Free refill drinking water. ~Parking space is available but is limited ~Nice and helpful staff
~No socket at the wash basin which is little bit inconvenient for lady who want to beauty up herself by using electrical appliance. ~No table in the family room.

Very big and very comfy double bed! Fan good enough to keep us cool at night. Nice having the garden out the front of the room. Very quiet but can walk to the Night Bazaar/Bus Station in 5 mins!
