Pros (+) Very good location, staff was friendly but initially. Very chill vibe, reasonably clean. Staff was interesting and local.
Cons (-) Staff was initially unwelcoming. No toilet paper to dry after use, lots of rules starting with 'No'. No kitchen which makes costs go up. No reception after 9 and doors locked, don't forget you key.
