Super cozy beds, awesome shampoos, tasty breakfast, decent wifi, great location, lovely view and cute kitty on premise.
The wifi was a bit weak in the lobby.
The nice and rustic environment make you feel like at home :-)
They should run air-conditioned in the lobby
Staff was lovely, very accommodating. Was a 6 room hotel so was small & personal. I would recommend.
The fridge cooled the bottle of water.
There was a big disgasting cockroach in the bathroom, mosquitoes (without opening windows) and ants. There was a lot of dust on the table, wardrobe and mirrors. The same sleepers for all guest without cleaning. A cat was waiting over desk at reception where we did check-in/check-out. Staff was not very kind and helppful. Terrible experince not to repeat again and we will not recommend this accommodation to anybody.
I was very dissapointed especially with the staff.. We were 2 adults + 1 child in a roof apartment.. having only 2 towels, 2 glasses etc. I asked several times for one more towel.. first they promised so, then they told me that for our room there are only 2 towels allowance and I shall ask our friends in a family room becase they have 4 towels but are only 3 people there. I also asked for bringing a sheet (there was only a thick cover in the bed). At noon they promised to bring, afternoon also and evening said Sorry the cleaning closed now. Is it really such a big deal to bring one towel and one sheet? For me, it would make a big difference. Otherwise the furniture was really old, very low ceilings (must bend head all the time), room full of mosquitos. The main door not possible to lock, stayed partially opened at all times. Didnt feel very clean either. The bed uncomfortale, hard. There was a huge terrace but too hot out there anyway, also the sliding door to the terrace not possible to lock. Breakfast served - fried eggs or scrambled eggs with a piece of sausage and bacon and one toast. Few pieces of fruit. Everyday the same. Our son didnt eat any eggs or bacon, but they didnt give him one more sausage instead. Also they had mangos there but refused to give.. Not happy here.
