Classic elegant hotel with business and service fo
The staff were amazing. The concierge was my personal Saint after fetching all kinds of things for me when I had NO IDEA how to get them in India -- SIM card, postage stamps, medicines, all done. All the staff had this same great attitude. The breakfast was also pretty extensive with five major buffet tables, mixed Indian and western foods.
The food selection was great, but I think they could have kicked up the quality a little. Eating at the ITC Grand Chola blew Westin out the water no contest.
