Pros:
Car was clean and easy to use, although white isn't ideal when you're driving through the Estonian countryside...Cons:
We ended up paying more than what was announced of the booking confirmation because the insurance we purchased through Kayak was allegedly not enough/valid. The car rental itself was already more than announced, and we had to add extra insurance on top. So we went from 109€ to 200€. And they only accept credit cards. I didn't have one and given how disappointed we were already regarding the changes in prices, the person we were dealing with accepted to make an exception and use my Visa. I also found out to my expense (quite literally) that the 400€ deposit transaction wasn't cleared, meaning I have to wait for it to expire to get it back, which takes 2 weeks. The money for the rental went out on top of the deposit, meaning I ended up having 600e coming out of my account (rental + deposit). Bad experience overall. We've rented cars before and never had this kind of issue. So would assume Hertz are just not great to deal with.2 locations in Tartu
