The vehicle was okay.Cons:
Our plane was late and the rep had left for dinner. He did come back, but another customer cut in front of me. National didn't have my reservation. It took nearly 30 minutes to process the rental. No one was at the gate when I returned the car. The instructions said to fill out the envelope. No one gave me an envelope. No envelope at desk. Not an easy reservation.Discount Car & Truck Rentals
